3 extra inning games tested the mettle of the KOD11 pitching staffs. The Chisox edged the Halos in 10 when a Luis Aparicio single scored Duane Josephson, who reached base via the hit batsman route. The Mariners got 3 big runs in the top of the 10th to unseat the Browns thanks to a Danny Tartabull walk off homer. LA need 14 innings to finally topple the Brew Crew. A Mike Sharperson RBI double and an Eric Karros RBI single gave the Dodgers enough cushion in the top of the 14th to win. Lee Mazzilli blasted 2 homers and went 3 for 5 with 5 RBI as the Amazin’s blew the Fish out of the water 11-1.
